Anu Ennelin is a Finnish sustainability consultant, HR leader, and inspiring speaker who helps organizations integrate sustainability and responsibility into everyday business and workplace culture.
With a background in chemistry, HR leadership, and sustainability entrepreneurship, Anu has seen first-hand that real change happens when people are truly involved and empowered. Her journey from a chemist to an HR director and finally a sustainability entrepreneur has given her unique insights into how leadership, corporate responsibility, and culture transformation intersect.
In 2021, after years as an HR executive, she decided to fully dedicate her career to sustainability and change leadership, founding Vastuutakomo. As a Certified Change Leader in Sustainability Management, she now supports SMEs and other organizations in turning sustainability strategies into real, impactful actions.
Anu believes that everyone can be a sustainability hero—often making a bigger difference in their daily work than they realize. She helps busy business leaders listen, engage employees, and create workplaces where sustainability becomes a shared, meaningful effort.
